Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-level Event Coordinator to support our marketing team in planning and delivering engaging, high-quality events. This role is ideal for someone excited about creating memorable customer experiences and building a career in events and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in planning, organising, and executing marketing events, promotions, and brand activations. Coordinate event logistics, including set-up, materials, schedules, and on-site support. Engage with customers during events, representing the brand professionally and positively. Support the events team with administrative tasks, reporting, and post-event evaluations. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure events align with campaign goals. Help maintain inventory of event materials and ensure smooth event delivery.

Requirements:



Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and eager to learn. Confidence in customer-facing environments. No prior experience required, full training provided.
