Salary: 27,000 basic + uncapped commission

Location: Central Manchester


Experience: No sales experience required, full training provided

What You'll Be Doing

As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential business clients. Your job is to spark interest, build relationships, and generate qualified leads for the wider sales team.

Your day-to-day will include:

Reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn Starting meaningful conversations and uncovering business needs Booking meetings for senior sales colleagues Learning from experienced mentors and refining your approach Tracking your progress and celebrating your wins
