Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Envelope Machine Adjuster to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and adjusting machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify any issues or irregularities. Adjust machine settings and components to meet production specifications. Analyse machine performance data to optimise operational efficiency. Troubleshoot mechanical problems and implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain accurate records of adjustments, repairs, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all operations. Assist in training new staff on machine operation and adjustment procedures as required.

Requirements

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within tight deadlines. Prior experience working with envelope machinery or manufacturing equipment is preferred. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
