On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for 26 EO Caseworkers - Inside IR35 to join our client on a contract until March 2026, which is hybrid working (2/3 days per week in London Whitehall office and remaining WFH)

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (due to the nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.

As an EO Caseworker, your main responsibilities will be to:

Make informed and sound decisions in line with relevant SOI's and SOP's, seeking guidance from colleagues and senior team members when necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance. Handle sensitive and personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2015, ensuring privacy and confidentiality at all times. Respond promptly and respectfully to queries, demonstrating empathy and identifying if translation or interpretation is required to support applicants more effectively. Analyse documentation provided by applicants carefully, requesting additional information or clarification from various stakeholders when needed to make informed decisions. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to support DARR priorities, ensuring cooperation and alignment of goals. Correspond with applicants in a timely manner, maintaining accurate and detailed records, including case notes, emails, and documents submitted by applicants to support their cases. Ensure that casework data is accurate and up-to-date, supporting team-wide uses such as reporting, discussions on flow rates, and resource projections. Follow DARR governance protocols to maintain consistency, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of case handling and decision-making processes.

Essential:

Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams etc.). Previous caseworker experience Strong admin skills and experience Experience in analysing complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail Experience in using government policy to make decisions.

Desirable:

MOD/Home Office/Police/Immigration background Experience dealing with complex cases.
