Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is looking for Expressions of Interest for a maintAI Maintenance Superintendent to support expected contract awards for Wood\'s transformational data-driven, outcome-based AI maintenance optimisation process maintAI.

Using proven maintenance and reliability methodologies, they will:

• Oversee the configuration of the maintAI model build for a multiple projects
• Provide insight and solutions to support value release within the area of maintenance optimisation
• Use their knowledge & experience of operating assets (onshore or offshore) to strengthen the argument for change that is presented to client
• Ensure the transformation recommendations made based on the data analysed are articulated and client consulted through the change process

Skills / Qualifications

• Extensive track record of successful operational and strategic delivery within Asset Management and Duty Holder assets preferred, as this knowledge is key to delivering value from MaintAI projects
• Understanding of analytical techniques applied to maintenance and reliability systems to understand performance and opportunity for optimisation
• An interest in Digitalisation and application of automation and AI techniques to deliver value at pace
• Broad and deep understanding of the Energy, Petrochemicals industries
• Proven experience of customer facing communication in project delivery
• Strong relevant technical experience, ideally gained in a site or offshore-based role
• Knowledge of current HSSEA, regulatory and other legislation as applicable in the industry MaintAI is being deployed
• Critical thinker with problem solving abilities
