Your Role: Making an Impact



As an EPLAN Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and improving electrical systems across our manufacturing plant. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver high-quality projects that enhance safety, efficiency, and innovation.

Your Tasks



Design, develop and maintain electrical schematics, control panel layouts, single-line diagrams and machine wiring upgrades using

EPLAN P8.

Support the wider electrical engineering team in maintaining safe, reliable and efficient systems. Contribute to production goals while upholding high standards of

quality

,

safety

, and

sustainability

. Partner with project teams and colleagues to plan, commission and deliver new installations and system upgrades. Keep technical documentation up to date and support continuous improvement through regular audits. Attend relevant training and development opportunities to build and maintain your skills.

Our Requirements



HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Qualified electrician through an approved apprenticeship. Experience in industrial electrical installation. Familiar with EPLAN P8 (or AutoCAD Electrical). Understanding of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Confident using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork. Experience with PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley), communication bus systems (e.g. Profibus, Profinet), and variable speed drives.
