Eprr And Special Operations Logistics And Equipment Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented team player to provide vital logistical support to the EPRR and Special Operations Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventories, managing stock control, and ensuring all special operations assets are fully accounted for, operational, and ready for deployment. You must be able to work both collaboratively and independently, using your own initiative to support emergency preparedness and response efforts, ensuring resources are always fit for purpose



Support the EPRR and Special Operations Directorate with logistics and equipment readiness.



Maintain accurate stock levels, rotate supplies, and manage inventory across multiple sites.



Ensure vehicles and specialist equipment are clean, serviced, and operationally ready.



Liaise with internal teams and external contractors for maintenance, servicing, and supply coordination.



Conduct safety and security checks, audits, and mileage reporting.



Deliver and collect equipment and supplies, including clinical items, across the region.



Perform minor repairs and maintenance on PPE and operational kit.



Support training exercises through equipment transport, setup, and scenario facilitation.



Maintain compliance with training requirements and contribute to continuous improvement
