We're looking for an EQA Logistics Officer to join our EQA Services team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills who thrives in a detail-focused environment. Full training will be provided for the EQA logistics and administrative aspects of the role. With the right transferable skills, this role provides a clear pathway into more senior responsibilities within the department.
What You'll Do
Log and maintain visit schedules and details within internal IT systems and trackers
Manage the shared EQA Logistics inbox and triage routine queries appropriately
Assist in preparing briefing packs and documentation for EQA (External Quality Assurance) visits.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready records with consistent version control
Flag scheduling gaps or conflicts to support effective visit planning
Respond to routine EQA logistical queries from centres and EQAs using approved templates
Organise filing systems for scheduling records and visit communications
Support cross-departmental communication where scheduling overlaps with Operations, Risk, or Compliance
Assist with meeting materials, agendas, and internal documentation when needed
About You
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong IT skills, data inputting
Confident managing shared inboxes, trackers, or scheduling systems
Clear written communication skills and the ability to use templates professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
A proactive and supportive team player
Knowledge of management information systems (MIS) or CRMs would be beneficial but not essential.
