Chelford Farm Supplies is a long-established family run business with over 50 years of serving the rural and equestrian community. We're proud to be a trusted name in the industry, and now we're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Equestrian Sales Advisor to join our growing team.

About the Role:



As an Equestrian Sales Advisor, you will be at the heart of our busy shop, helping customers find the perfect products for their horses and countryside lifestyle. From assisting with tack and feed to showcasing the latest country fashion, your role will be varied, hands on and customer focused.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome customers, offering outstanding customer service with a helpful and friendly approach

Utilise your equestrian knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance on product selection

Handle customer enquiries, both in person, over the phone and by email

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintaining attractive, tidy and well stocked displays

Assist with the picking of internet orders

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations

Unpacking and merchandising new stock arrivals

Creating engaging TikTok and social medial content in store

Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge updates

What We're Looking For:



Strong knowledge of horses, equestrian equipment and country fashion

A genuine passion for helping customers and selling quality products

Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills

Familiarity with TikTok and other social platforms - confident in front of the camera

Enthusiastic, proactive and a real team plater

AMTRA qualification is a bonus, but not essential

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday - 9.00am-5.00pm and Saturday - 9.00am to 4.00pm

This is a permanent Role.

The ideal candidate will work 4 to 5 days per week, including a Saturday
