Job Description
Maintenance & Reliability
- Perform planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and facilities
- Respond to breakdowns and unplanned downtime to minimise production impact
- Execute preventative maintenance in line with CMMS schedules
- Maintain accurate maintenance records to ensure full traceability
- Fault-find across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot robotic arms including KUKA, FANUC and Staubli
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (RCA, 5-Why, fault tree analysis)
- Analyse downtime trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures including RAMS
- Support facility systems including compressed air, HVAC and utilities
- Participate in an on-call rota providing engineering support
- Work a rotating double-day shift pattern (Monday to Friday
