Location: IKM Testing UK (Aberdeen)
We are looking for a

Equipment Logistics and Certification Assistant

to join our team. This role involves supporting the Equipment Logistics and Certification department with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy across certification processes, and assisting with logistics documentation for mobilisations.


Key Responsibilities




Perform QC and verification checks on pressure tests, calibration certificates, and certification documentation. Upload and maintain certification records in AX and SharePoint systems. Assist in creating certification packages for mobilisations. Prepare import/export documents and other logistics paperwork. Attend daily mobilisation and workshop-certification meetings under guidance. Liaise with Supply Chain and Workshop teams on third-party and IKM equipment certification. Review and update certification registers; flag discrepancies. Provide cover for Certification Coordinators when required. Handle administrative tasks, including mailbox management and record maintenance. Shadow senior team members and contribute improvement ideas.

Preferred Skills




Competence in using AX or SAP systems.

Required Experience




Essential




Experience using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred




Background in certification or equipment maintenance. Experience handling certification and creating documentation packs. Previous experience in the oil and gas industry. Administrative role experience.

Personal Skills




Enthusiasm and commitment. Good listener with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. High attention to detail and accuracy.
