What does this team do?

In our team we partner with employers to implement these incentive programmes, ensuring they are aligned with corporate strategy and compliant with global regulations


Our clients receive high-value consulting advice, and we support them with their most challenging global tax, legal, financial, HR and operational questions, drawing on years of practical expertise.


We advise a diverse range of companies, including technology, life sciences, consumer products (often household names), as well as start-ups and owner-managed and private equity backed companies, many of which are planning to become listed in the future.


What skills and academic qualifications do I need?




You will need to have obtained or be studying towards:


Either:

a 2:1 in a law degree; or a 2:1 in a non-law degree plus a commendation in either the Graduate Diploma of Law (GDL) or the Common Professional Examination (CPE) qualification.
In both instances you must be due to Graduate by September 2026 to start in the Autumn 2026 cohort.


You must also have achieved at least 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points pre 2017) for your A levels (or equivalent).


At least a Grade 4 (C) in English Language and a Grade 4 (C) in Maths in your GCSEs (or equivalent).


What kind of work will I do?




You'll get involved in the design and implementation of innovative incentive programmes, tailored to each client. This includes planning and cost, working on employee communications and collaborating with clients in different business areas, including Legal, HR, Finance, Tax and Payroll.


Where will I work?



At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you're in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

Your work will be fully supported by excellent training and development, underpinned by on-the-job experience with clients and colleagues. We develop well-rounded consultants who can articulate complex ideas and constructively challenge the status quo.


Your training and development will include locally delivered, practical sessions with great opportunities to learn, network, and advance your career. Deloitte also supports your career via professional qualifications. We provide the opportunity to study for the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) qualification and for those with a Law degree, there is also the potential to become a qualified Lawyer.
