Newly Weds Foods Ltd is looking to recruit a ERP / Business Systems Manager based at our UK and European Headquarters in Ossett.

The Role

The ERP/Business Systems Manager is responsible for the secure and effective operation of all information systems, ERP and MRP related applications that is used within the organisation.

Working across the whole of the company's UK-wide and European operations, the ERP / Business Systems Manager will take responsibility for the support, maintenance, and future development of the ERP environment. They will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as managing inhouse ERP developments. Reporting directly to European IT Manager.

Role responsibilities:

Manage, scale and maintain an ERP environment within a growing organisation. Analysing business processes and requirements, while also proposing effective technical solutions. Managing ERP upgrades and improvement initiatives. SQL and script-writing skills. ERP / MRP Systems development and improvement. Maintenance procedures and putting them into operation. Testing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliably. Providing user system training, support, advice, and feedback.

Person specific:

Substantial experience managing ERP systems within a manufacturing / logistics environment. Experience with ERP modules to include ERP systems Financial Management, Planning and Budgeting, Order Management, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse & Fulfilment, Procurement and MRP. Excellent interpersonal skills with prior experience liaising with external parties. Be strategic, methodical, logical and detail orientated. Be able to investigate, document and maintain written procedures accurately. Be extremely professional, customer friendly and amenable. Be an excellent communicator.

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
