This is a unique opportunity to shape enterprise-wide transformation, working with a skilled internal software development team to implement integrated systems, reporting tools, and process improvements that scale.
While experience with Infor M3 is preferred, we welcome applicants with backgrounds in other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Netsuite, etc.) who bring strong functional expertise and a track record of successful ERP rollouts.
Our subsidiaries are located across the UK. This role will require regular travel and, at times, extended stays on-site to support implementation, training and rollouts.
Key responsibilities include:
Engage with subsidiaries across the UK to analyse, map and document existing systems and business processes.
Define and propose future-state processed, aligned with best practice and business strategy.
Lead and oversee the configuration and rollout of Infor M3 (or other ERP Systems) across core business area.
Drive data migration, testing, end-user training, and change management to ensure successful adoption.
Collaborate with internal software development teams to deliver integrations, reporting and system enhancements.
Work with stakeholders to design and implement reporting and analytics solutions (using Spotfire).
Provide leadership and guidance on continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation.
Act as a trusted advisor, balancing business needs with system capabilities and long-term company strategy.
To be successful in your application for the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience.
Essential
Significant experience in ERP implementations within supply chain, finance, manufacturing, warehouse, contact centre, and distribution environments.
Proven track record leading end to end ERP project lifecycles (requirements, design, configuration, testing and rollout).
Experience in process analysis and improvement, with strong documentation skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills- able to engage across business and IT.
Desirable
Experience using Infor M3 (functional knowledge across multiple modules).
Familiarity with reporting and analytic tools, ideally Spotfire
Technical Awareness (SQL, API, data migration tools).
