to unify our processes across procurement, stock management, and project delivery. We are looking for an experienced Odoo Implementation Project Manager to lead this rollout end-to-end.
Role Overview
As the Odoo ERP Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, configuring, and deploying a fully operational Odoo environment tailored to our workflow. You will work across departments to understand requirements, optimise processes, and ensure smooth adoption of key modules such as
Procurement
,
Inventory/Stocking
,
Sales
,
Manufacturing/Project Processing
, and
Accounting
.
This is a hands-on role requiring both technical Odoo knowledge and strong project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full implementation lifecycle of Odoo ERP, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch optimisation.
Configure and customise Odoo modules related to:
Procurement / Purchase Management
Inventory & Stock Control
Project Management / Job Processing
Sales & CRM
(as needed)
Manufacturing / BOMs / Workflows
(if applicable)
Map existing business processes and design improved workflows within Odoo.
Manage data migration, cleansing, and validation for all relevant modules.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, documentation, and internal support.
Liaise with external Odoo partners or developers where customisation is required.
Monitor project timelines, risks, costs, and deliverables to ensure the implementation stays on schedule.
Provide ongoing optimisation after deployment, including module expansions or workflow improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience implementing
Odoo ERP
in a commercial environment (minimum 2 full implementations preferred).
Strong understanding of procurement workflows, stock/inventory management, and project/production processing.
Ability to configure Odoo modules without heavy reliance on developers.
Excellent project management skills, including documentation, planning, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
Experience with data migration tools, Excel, and database structure awareness.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable training teams and leading organisation-wide change.

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
