Project Manager - ERP Integrations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects--ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with IT, stakeholders, and leadership. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Lead cross-functional teams including developers, system architects, operations, finance and external vendors. Monitor and track project progress using proven Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, adjusting plans as needed. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using formal change control processes. Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture standards Measure project progress using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business / Information Technology Management, or a related field. Proven working experience as an ERP and business integration project manager. Strong knowledge and proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project/Planner, Asana, Trello). Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills.

Preferred Skills:

PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is highly desirable. ERP (NetSuite) and business integration expertise. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong analytical and technical background.
