Overview

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP Support Consultant to join our talented Managed Services team in a client-facing role, working on a variety of exciting projects across our broad client base.

Responsibilities

As an Oracle Cloud ERP Support Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients' Oracle Cloud ERP systems, working closely with the ERP support team to troubleshoot issues and provide user assistance.

You will:

Support the triage, diagnosis, and resolution of issues related to Oracle Cloud ERP functionality Collaborate with colleagues to investigate and troubleshoot user-reported problems Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to user guides and training materials Assist with training sessions to help client deepen their understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP functionality Contribute to regular maintenance activities, including quarterly release updates and related testing Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination of support efforts Build strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving Analyse client situations and follow up with appropriate solutions Provide ongoing support to clients in managing their ERP functions Work collaboratively within the team and demonstrate effective stakeholder engagement

o Accounts Payable Clerk/Supervisor
o Accounts Receivables Clerk/Supervisor
o Accountant (management, project or cost accountant)
o Finance analyst
o Finance Business Partner
o Any role equivalent to the above with experience in finance management

Have demonstratable cross-functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Financial modules Be familiar with working with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies
Desirable:

An understanding of the key business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programmes Experience of multiple industry sectors (Local and Central Government is a plus) Experience of operating and implementing in a cloud environment and understanding the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on premise Experience of at least one delivery project Oracle ERP project, either Cloud or EBS Oracle Cloud Financials configuration experience

Qualifications / Certifications

Oracle Cloud certification in Financials (GL, AR, AP) Relevant certifications for Oracle ERP Cloud Be a fully or part qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT or equivalent)

Requirements

Remote/hybrid working location, but depending on where you live, you will have a base location at our head office in Langstone, Wales or at our satellite office in Guildford, Surrey Travel will be required to our offices and client sites as the project requires. Standard Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) including Disclosure Barring Scotland (DBS) is a minimum requirement for all roles. Security Clearance (SC) may also be required
