Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Game Master to join our team. As a Game Master, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and immersive experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to manage game sessions, ensuring that participants are entertained and guided throughout their adventure. This position requires a passion for hospitality and guest services, as well as the ability to manage various aspects of the gaming experience.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and oversee game sessions, ensuring all participants understand the rules and objectives. Create an immersive atmosphere by narrating engaging stories and guiding players through challenges. Manage player interactions, providing assistance and encouragement as needed. Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions during gameplay. Organise game materials and equipment, ensuring everything is prepared for each session. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall gaming experience and implement feedback for improvement.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality or guest services, with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with guests. A creative mindset with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations. Passion for gaming and an understanding of various game mechanics is advantageous. Basic repairs maybe needed on props/puzzles so you must be able to use basic tools like screwdrivers and power tools.

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 1 per week
