Job Description

We are looking for an Escort & Volunteer Travel Co-Ordinator in Bristol (BS1). Part time role on a job share basis supporting all administrative duties related to bank Guide Escorts & Volunteers.

Monday to Thursday 08:00am - 16:00pm - 26hrs a week.



This is a contract running from June until August 2025.



Duties will include:



Work with staff to keep records up to date, to co-ordinate all communications with escort and volunteers, to maintain sufficiency through constant review and regular recruitment.

Submitting timesheets, assisting with recruitment, monitoring sickness levels and any other tasks assigned by Team Manager.

Ensure that Risk Assessments for Guide Escorts and Volunteers are fully communicated and that any training required is put in place.

Provide regular progress reports on agreed key performance measures.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:



Relevant admin/IT experience.

Understanding of administrative processes within the public or private sector.

Experience of marketing, communications and social media.

Knowledge of Child Protection & Health & Safety policies and practises is essential.



Experience of managing administrative processes.
