Rentokil Initial operates across 90+ countries with 1,800 local service teams, serving major global cities in North America, Europe, the UK, Asia, Menat, Latam, the Caribbean and the Pacific. We are investing in technology-enabled transformation to improve outcomes for our customers, colleagues, and communities.
Background:
We are delivering a global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) data management platform via a phased implementation that will transition into a sustainable Business-As-Usual (BAU) service. Early phases focus on robust processes and controls for collecting, validating, and reporting sustainability data across the organisation to meet an evolving set of regulations (e.g. CSRD, SEC, GRI, ISSB).
The SHE function is the Product Owner and is accountable for platform strategy, roadmap approval, and change management.
The Business Analyst works with the Lead BA, SHE and Group IT to support implementation and enable an effective BAU service. This BA role supports but does not own the product.
The platform will centralise data collection, streamline regulatory reporting, and provide insights that support net zero commitments and behaviour change across the business.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
In partnership with the Lead BA, SHE Product Owner, Group IT, business stakeholders and third parties:
Requirements, Surveys and Data
Elicit and document requirements and user stories for survey-led data collection across countries, sites, and suppliers.

Perform data checks using SQL/BI to validate submitted survey data; track and support resolution of data issues and queries.
Delivery Support and Vendor Collaboration
Work day-to-day with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and support configuration.
Support UAT (test cases, execution, defect triage) and maintain decision/change logs.
Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies; help prepare release notes and runbooks.
Change, Training and Adoption
Help prepare communications, quick guides, and training for survey respondents and data owners. SHE owns change strategy and final approvals.
Capture feedback to iterate surveys/processes and support behaviour-change objectives.

Help document data ownership, collection cadence, and evidence trails to support compliance and assurance.
