Job Description

FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We're on the lookout for an ESOL Employability Tutor to support with delivery of Employability Skills & Functional Skills Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage delivery of ESOL & Employability Skills to participants looking to gain employment.

+ Deliver high-quality ESOL & Employability classes adapting to various learning styles and needs to suit small groups of learners. + Ensure inclusive teaching strategies are embedded across the team.
+ Promote a positive learning environment that supports engagement, wellbeing, and progress.
+ Develop and implement effective schemes of work and curriculum planning tailored to individual learner needs.
+ Provide support of safeguarding measures.
+ Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning standards, carrying out observations and learning walks.
+ Track learner progress, outcomes, and achievement rates against key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Ensure compliance with awarding bodies, funding requirements, and college policies

Person Specification:

Essential:

Recognised teaching or assessing qualifications (e.g. A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/33 PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, PTTLS) Level 2 or above qualification in English and Maths. Proven experience delivering ESOL & Employability Skills - supporting learners with ALN's.
Salary up to 30,000 + additional benefits.
