The Role



As an

ESOL Teacher

, you will:
? Deliver engaging

ESOL courses (Pre-Entry to Level 2)

--both

on-campus and online

.
? Teach

groups of 15-20 learners

, ensuring high attendance, retention, and achievement rates.
? Design

tailored lessons

focusing on

reading, writing, speaking, and listening

skills.
? Conduct

one-to-one sessions

to track progress and motivate learners.
? Complete

administrative tasks

, including lesson planning, marking, and progress reviews.
? Collaborate with a

supportive team

and contribute to

monthly meetings

.

Requirements



To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent teaching qualification

.

- GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths (Grade A-C)

.

Valid DBS check

(or willingness to obtain one).
-

Passion for teaching diverse learners

and helping them succeed.

- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

.

Self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to develop engaging resources
