Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Esport Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating and developing athletes. This role requires a dynamic individual who can inspire and motivate participants while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams. Educate athletes on techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport. Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring that all participants are engaged and challenged. Monitor the progress of athletes, providing constructive feedback to enhance their performance. Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect among all participants. Organise and lead competitive events, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and fair play. Maintain communication with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding development goals and achievements. Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and industry trends to continuously improve coaching methods.

Experience

Proven experience in sports coaching, with a solid understanding of the specific sport being coached. Strong educational background in physical education or related fields is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate diverse groups effectively. Demonstrated ability to motivate individuals and foster a positive team culture. Previous experience working with youth or community sports programmes is advantageous.
