Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Essential Skills Tutor within the work based learning sector to join the Sirius Skills Team.

The successful candidate will deliver Essential Skills to learners both in their workplace and through group sessions at our training centre. You will be responsible for planning and delivering teaching and learning activities to develop learners' skills in:

Communication Application of Number Digital Literacy
You will also be required to facilitate and invigilate assessments in line with awarding body requirements.

Experience in delivering Essential Skills either in the workplace or classroom is preferred.

Essential Skills Practitioner Qualification is desirable.

TAQA/Assessors qualification and IQA Award or willingness to work towards is desirable.
