Halls is looking to welcome a highly motivated and talented property professional with experience in estate agency and strong organisational skills, into our Kidderminster branch. As Assistant Manager/Senior Sales Negotiator, the successful candidate will play an intrinsic part in furthering the profitability and growth of the branch.
The Role
Ensure the smooth running of the office day-to-day
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Oversee 'stock management'
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and property values
Feedback to Branch Manager and Senior Management on the branch performance
Conduct sales viewings, if required
Relay offers to vendors and negotiate between the vendor/s and offeror/s
Perform the necessary due diligence to qualify buyers, their identity, and ability to purchase before forwarding to the Sales Progression team
Communicate and liaise with vendors and purchasers to keep them updated and informed
Procure and refer leads to the Financial Services provider
Ensure compliance with AML and industry regulations
Assist the Branch Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the Branch

Proven experience in the property sector
Adaptable and able to thrive in this fast-paced role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently and effectively
Strong administration and IT skills
Full driving licence and use of own car
