Estate Agency Sales Manager 4.5 Day Working Week/9 Day Fortnight
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to head up our busy contemporary town centre office.
Experience in a management role would be beneficial, however we would be prepared to consider someone taking a step up from a Senior Negotiator/Valuer role.
Good knowledge of Brixham and its surrounding areas is preferred.
We are open from 8.30am to 5pm from Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturday.
You will work a 4.5 day week or 9 day fortnight, without any reduction in pay.
You will also receive an extra 4 days holiday during the Xmas period and your birthday off. Bank Holidays off will be part of your 4.5/9 day work pattern.
We are ideally looking for someone for an immediate start.
Your salary will be commensurate with your performance history, your experience and your skills. The lower end shown is the starting basic and the upper end is the current OTE to include bonuses, commissions and incentives, both based on a 4.5 day week.
