We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager to drive the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge, a strong understanding of the industry, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients. This role involves overseeing daily operations, including Lead Generation, Brand Building, Property Valuations, Property Sales Negotiation and Progression, Implementation of business strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
This Role is being offered with a Base Salary and Generous Commission Structure. With Uncapped OTE.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Property Valuations:
Assess the value of properties considering their features, condition, location, and comparison with similar local properties.
Advise Clients:
Provide expert guidance on market pricing and strategies to maximize sale potential.
Generate Valuation Reports:
Prepare detailed valuation reports explaining methodologies and findings for client use.
Manage Property Viewings:
Organise and conduct viewings to showcase properties to prospective buyers.
Negotiate and Progress Offers:
Act as an intermediary between buyers/sellers to negotiate and secure property sales. Provide continued support during the sale process and progress each sale from offer to completion.
Business Development:
Proactively attract new clients and obtain instructions to value properties.
Client Communication:
Maintain regular, transparent communication to update clients on progress throughout the sale process.
Market Analysis:
Keep abreast of local property market trends to ensure accurate and current valuations.
Property Marketing:
Assist in creating effective marketing materials and strategies to attract potential buyers.
Requirements
Proven experience in a property valuation or estate agency role
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
A strong understanding of the Local and surrounding areas property market
Confident in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
