We need another enthusiastic negotiator / senior negotiator to join our friendly estate agency sales team based in the Carmarthen office. This is a great long term career opportunity to be part of a busy, supportive team within a progressive firm.

CTF are a long established, independent, multi office firm of estate and letting agents operating throughout South, Mid and West Wales. We offer a "non corporate " management style, embracing modern methods of work whilst retaining strong traditional values.

A successful track record in sales is vital for this role, along with a positive attitude and excellent 'people skills'. Previous experience in property and estate agency is preferred but not essential. This is a full time, permanent position , working M-F 9am - 5 pm plus Saturday morning by rota. ( av 37 hr week)

Salary and bonus dependent on previous level of sales / estate agency experience.

Must be a car owner/ driver.
