Goadsby are looking for a highly motivated

Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator

to complement our successful team in the Bournemouth office.

You will receive:

As a Sales/Lettings Trainee Negotiator you will:

- play a key part in helping buyers to find the right property

- work with your vendors providing support throughout the sales process

- be involved in initial marketing, generating and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.

- generate and book lettings valuations

- manage the applicant list and conduct property viewings

- liaise with tenants and landlords, progressing lets through to completion.

The successful applicant will:

- be a team player with the ability to work well under pressure

- be resilient and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A full driving licence is essential.
