Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily branch operations Generate and secure property valuations and listings Coach, support, and motivate your team to exceed KPIs Deliver exceptional service to vendors and buyers alike Drive business growth through proactive marketing and networking Manage the full sales pipeline from instruction to completion Identify opportunities to expand market share and profitability

What We're Looking For

Proven Estate Agency experience (5+ years) Strong leadership skills and a track record in branch management Confident, energetic, and results-driven approach Excellent negotiation and communication skills Commercially aware with strong client relationship skills Ambitious, organised, and self-motivated Full UK driving licence and access to a car
