Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry to completion Conduct property viewings, providing a professional and engaging client experience Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing trust and long-term business Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and local knowledge Negotiate offers and ensure successful deal closures Oversee sales progression, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions Market properties effectively using online portals, social media, and office systems Stay up to date with local property trends and provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

Proven experience as an Estate Agent (sales experience essential) Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills Confident in conducting viewings and handling client enquiries professionally Knowledge of the local Reading property market Highly organised, reliable, and self-motivated Professional attitude and smart presentation Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Experience with property management software/CRM systems
