We're looking for an

experienced, motivated, and ambitious estate agent

to take on the challenge of

growing our presence in the Burnley area

. This is a rare opportunity to head up a brand-new territory, supported by a very successful and established team.

Our Rawtenstall branch will handle

bookings, admin, and sales progression

, giving you the freedom to focus on what you do best --

winning new instructions and building strong local relationships

.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Estate agency experience is essential

-- applications without will not be considered Proven ability to value properties and generate instructions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently Must be able to hit the ground running Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented Positive attitude, resilience, and professionalism Full UK driving licence and own transport required
ROLE

Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions Generate new business through canvassing, outreach, and referrals Ideally, photograph properties, take measurements, and create floor plans Maintain regular vendor contact until a sale is agreed Negotiate offers to secure the best outcome for your clients Represent the Coppenwall brand to the highest standard in the local area
