Mansell McTaggart are seeking a senior negotiator/valuer to join their busy Horley/Copthorne office. This rare opportunity offers a career within a busy and fast paced office. The package will include a competitive basic salary along with branch commission.
Building relationships with both applicants and vendors
Successfully listing property across all price ranges
Sales progression
Developing and assisting other negotiators
Helping to develop marketing plans to increase market share
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Previous sales experience
A positive attitude and the drive to succeed
Excellent relationship building skills
Flawless timekeeping
Own vehicle
Able to work Saturdays
