Full Time Property Consultant/Negotiator (or Senior!)

Due to the success of Hamilton Piers at their extremely busy branch in Great Notley a rare vacancy is available for a truly dynamic person. This is a role that will suit a genuinely positive and career minded estate agent looking to make a great living and progress up the career ladder.

This is a great position for a property professional with at least one year's experience in dealing with the public in a property sales environment.

Based in Great Notley (between Braintree and Chelmsford) the successful applicant will have an opportunity to develop their career across the entire spectrum of work within a very active, successful and professional estate agents office that deals with all aspects of property across Essex.

Hamilton Piers service a mix of clients and all members of staff have to deal with a cross section of the public including some high net worth clients.

A very high standard of personal presentation will be expected and accuracy of both numerical and written information is paramount, as is an overall professional approach to diary management and time keeping.

The successful applicant will deal with clients on a face to face basis in the office, by telephone and email, and have the opportunity to progress into a more senior position.

Computer literacy is of course a requirement although we will be pleased to instruct in the use of our network of Apple Mac computers and the individual software we operate.

The ideal candidate may be male or female, with a driving licence and a vehicle for their own use. An honest and out-going personality will be a necessity.

You must also be prepared to work weekends and be keen to learn new skills as well as pass the Guild of Professional Estate Agents Associate qualification (in branch training).

Career progression will be encouraged and there will be the opportunity for more advanced learning and further advanced practical skills.

This is a position that can lead very quickly to a very high earning potential and further career progression. Many of our team have worked from this level to full branch management positions with Hamilton Piers within a few years.
