Hours:

Saturdays (with additional week hours available during busy periods, holiday cover, and sickness cover)

We are the

local market-leading independent estate agent

, and we are looking for a confident, motivated

Saturday Estate Agent

to join our successful team. This role is ideal for someone with previous estate agency experience who enjoys meeting people, delivering excellent customer service, and has a genuine passion for property.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings in a professional and engaging manner Build strong rapport with potential buyers and provide accurate property information Gather and relay viewer feedback to the office Assist with negotiating offers and tying up sales Support the wider team with general estate agency tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous estate agency experience is essential

A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills Professional presentation and strong customer service abilities Confidence working independently and representing our brand Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods, to cover holidays and sickness
