About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Estate Agent Partner

to lead and grow our presence in the

Kesgrave

area.
This unique position offers you the opportunity to take full ownership of your local market, combining the freedom to manage your own area with the full support of a nearby regional hub office.

You'll value properties, secure instructions, manage relationships, and oversee sales from instruction to completion -- all while being backed by a strong brand, established systems, and a dedicated marketing and admin team.

Key Responsibilities

Build and develop your local profile as the go-to estate agent in Kesgrave Conduct property valuations and convert instructions Implement local marketing and canvassing initiatives Build long-term relationships with clients and community contacts Oversee transactions through to successful completion Work closely with the hub team for sales progression and compliance

About You

4+ years' experience

in estate agency (senior or management level preferred) Proven success in listing, negotiation, and sales progression Ambitious, self-motivated, and commercially aware Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident working independently with support from a wider team Full UK driving licence required
