About the Role

We're looking for ambitious

Estate Agency professionals

to take ownership of their local area in Leighton Buzzard. This unique, fully employed role offers the freedom of managing your own diary and business area, combined with the support of a hub office and a dedicated team of sales negotiators, progression staff, and admin. You'll be responsible for valuations, converting instructions, and managing the customer journey to completion while leveraging marketing budgets and local networks to grow your business.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property valuations and convert appraisals into instructions Develop and execute local marketing and canvassing strategies Build strong relationships with local clients and business contacts Manage properties from instruction through to completion Work alongside hub office staff for sales progression and administrative support Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused estate agency service

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2-3 years' estate agency experience Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and motivated to be the best in your area Strong communication and relationship-building skills Able to work independently while leveraging support from a team Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
