About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced

Estate Agent Valuer

to take ownership of the

Wivenhoe

area in a

fully employed, work-from-home position

.

You'll be responsible for building and developing the company's presence locally -- from winning new business and conducting valuations to nurturing relationships and overseeing sales through to completion.

This is a unique opportunity to

run your own area with full autonomy

, while being supported by a nearby

regional hub office

providing sales progression, administration, and marketing assistance to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Build and grow your local market presence in Wivenhoe Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions Develop business through targeted local marketing and canvassing Build long-term relationships within your community Oversee sales transactions from instruction to completion Collaborate closely with the hub office for compliance, progression, and admin support

About You

Minimum 2-3 years' estate agency experience (valuations essential) Proven track record in winning instructions and achieving targets Ambitious, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills Strong local market knowledge and customer focus Full UK driving licence required
