About the Role

We're looking for a

Property Valuer

to join our award-winning

Colchester branch

, leading the charge in one of the region's most dynamic property markets.
You'll be the face of H+W -- engaging clients, winning instructions, and guiding homeowners through their selling journey with confidence and care.

Estate Agency experience

What You'll Be Doing

Attending property valuations across Colchester and surrounding areas. Delivering the H+W Marketing Plan to vendors whilst advising on marketing strategies, pricing, and presentation. Building long lasting relationships with clients. Working collaboratively with our in-branch teams to ensure a seamless client journey. Contributing to local marketing campaigns and community events that elevate the H+W brand.
