We are looking for an experienced Marketing Advisor to work in our successful Preston Branch Hub we are ideally looking for an experienced property valuer, or those with industry knowledge looking to take the next step in their career if they can demonstrate they are ready to be part of an enthusiastic target driven team, working towards a common goal.

Responsibilities

To successfully list targeted number of properties and ancillary services.

Generate potential valuation, viewing, financial services and legal appointments. Follow up business leads. Achieve minimum levels of business targets. Strong negotiation skills. A clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area is ideal. Confident and able to work alone, as well as in a team.

Working Week - Monday- Friday With Alternate Saturdays

Salary Range 24,500- 35,000 OTE

Car Allowance 250.00 PCM
