experienced and driven Sales & Lettings Negotiator

The Role:

As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will:

Manage and build strong client relationships. Handle property sales and lettings from initial enquiry through to completion. Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and progress deals. Business Generation Work towards individual and team targets while maintaining exceptional customer service. Develop expertise in valuing residential properties.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in residential sales and/or lettings. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proactive, ambitious, and customer-focused. A full UK driving licence and Car required (Allowance Paid)

Pay: 20,000.00-45,000.00 per year
