Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator/Valuer

who's ready to bring energy, initiative and knowledge to our growing team.

A Day in the Life at Easymove:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with local vendors and landlords Generating new and repeat business through excellent service and follow-up Winning new instructions for both sales and lettings Marketing properties across digital platforms and in-branch Preparing property brochures with professional photos and compelling descriptions Hosting property viewings and managing negotiations Completing contracts and progressing deals from offer to close Upselling relevant services and products where appropriate

Canvassing the local area

to uncover new opportunities Engaging in

door knocking and leaflet drops

as part of your prospecting strategy
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting out in the community, taking initiative, and making things happen.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Experience as an estate agent

, ideally with listing/valuation experience A

full UK manual driving licence

Drive and ambition to take your career to the next level A team spirit and willingness to lead by example A track record of

outstanding customer service

Confidence on the phone and in person Strong attention to detail in listings, contracts, and communication Basic knowledge of

Microsoft Office

and CRM/property platforms A self-motivated, proactive mindset - you're someone who gets things done
