ESTATE AGENT - SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT

Salary; 28,000 BASIC + MILEAGE PAID
OTE; 40,000 +
5 DAY WEEK 2 SATURDAYS A MONTH
Your Responsibilities as a SENIOR Sales Negotiator:
You will be responsible for qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers.Your Skills and Experience:
You have a demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales. You have a strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation. You have a comprehensive understanding of the London property market. You are proactive and tenacious. You hold a valid driving licence AND OWN A CAR
