Job Description
Property Shop - a proudly independent, family-run estate agency with welcoming offices in Accrington, Darwen, and Barnoldswick.
This is a fantastic career opportunity for an enthusiastic, outgoing and confident experienced Estate Agent. You will be part of our new dynamic team in an expanding and forward looking business. The job will involve working in a busy, fast paced office environment in our new Darwen office.
Role:
Coordinate property valuations Prepare and present property listings to clients Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and preferences Negotiating offers and progressing transactions through to completion Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values Register potential tenants and arrange viewings Qualifying and referencing prospective tenants Management of tenancy contract and renewals Liaising with the wider team and business Updating the inhouse property management system and other systems
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
Prior experience working within the property industry essential Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team Excellent standard of communication Strong administration skills
This is a great opportunity, and you will be joining a very professional and friendly organisation.
Full time 5 days a week 8.30am to 5.00pm and every alternate Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm
Holidays 30 days (this includes bank holidays) plus an extra day for every full year of service up to a maximum of 3 additional days.
Competitive salary - discussed at interview.
You must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 27,000.00-32,000.00 per year
