Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator. Based out of our busy Willesden Green office, the successful candidate will take responsibility for managing sales across the North West London area, serving both our Neasden and Willesden Green offices. This role involves a variety of tasks, including handling new enquiries, managing applicant databases, conducting viewings, maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating sales, and managing sales progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle new enquiries and qualify leads to identify potential buyers and sellers.
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of applicants, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance and advice to potential buyers.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, providing regular updates and feedback on property listings.
Negotiate sales agreements and terms to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients and the agency.
Manage the sales progression process, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Collaborate with colleagues and support team members to achieve team goals and targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in residential sales negotiation within the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between offices and property viewings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
What We Offer:
Competitive OTE of 30,000, comprised of a basic salary, commission, and car allowance.
Monday to Friday working hours from 9:00 to 18:00, with two out of three Saturdays from 9:00 to 16:00.
