Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available listings.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our administrative systems.
Prepare marketing materials to promote properties effectively.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
Handle administrative tasks related to property listings, contracts, and documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 YEARS experience in an Estate agency.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous in catering to a diverse clientele.
Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
A proactive approach with a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
