Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors to encourage repeat business and referrals. Generate new business opportunities and help increase local market share. Conduct property viewings and follow-ups, providing an exceptional customer experience. Negotiate offers effectively to achieve the best outcome for all parties. Promote additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing to maximise revenue. Work collaboratively with your branch team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

About You

Previous experience in

Estate Agency

and customer service is essential. Target-driven, motivated, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Professional presentation and a genuine passion for property. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (insured for business use). Legal right to work in the UK.

Basic Salary:

Up to 25,000 (DOE)

On-Target Earnings (OTE):
