We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for property and a strong desire to help clients navigate the buying and selling process. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, matching them to properties and carrying out viewings. This role requires excellent communication skills and an ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members. There are cross sales targets such as legal referrals and solicitors. A full UK driving licence is essential, as are basic IT skills, access to a car and local area knowledge.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying & selling properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, coordinating appointments and following up.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing documentation and client records.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships efficiently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
