We are a well-established, independent estate agency based in the heart of Shrewsbury. With a strong reputation for professionalism, local expertise, and exceptional customer service, we pride ourselves on helping clients buy, sell, and let residential properties across Shrewsbury and surrounding areas.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Negotiator to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Registering and managing buyer and tenant enquiries Organised diary management for booking appointments Advising clients on property values, market trends, and processes Negotiating offers and sales to successful completion Supporting marketing efforts, including property listings and photography coordination Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and surveyors Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems Building strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders Assisting in generating new business and winning instructions

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in estate agency or sales is desirable but not essential Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent customer service approach Good organisational and time management abilities A positive, proactive attitude and team spirit IT literate (familiar with Microsoft Office and property software) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday Rota of one in four Saturdays 9am to 2pm
