Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

21,000 - 26,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Generous Commission Package

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday Saturdays on a rota basis (one Saturday every two weeks 9:00am until 2:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying and selling properties, providing expert advice and support. Conduct property viewings and maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times. Generate new business opportunities through proactive marketing and networking. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings. Collaborate closely with the experienced Manager and Company Director at the branch, benefiting from ongoing mentorship.

Requirements:

A minimum of 12 months' experience in the estate agency sector is preferred. However, exceptional candidates without experience will be considered if they can demonstrate:

Strong customer service skills.

Drive and ambition to achieve sales targets.

Must possess a valid UK driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.

Willingness to work one Saturday every two weeks.
